The purpose of Lamson Institute Career Service is to advise students and future students of their concerns with careers and to assist every graduate in obtaining the employment for which he or she has trained so hard for. In addition to helping our students achieve training related employment upon graduation, placement assistance is available to help our students in abtaining work while attending Lamson Institute, to assist with personal expenses while pursuing their education. Careers Services prepares Lamson Students to enter the professional world with confidence. Tutoring
The Director of Education schedules tutoring for various courses, as it is needed for individual students. To obtain help, contact the Director of Education or your instructor to schedule. Our goal is to ensure that all Lamson students graduate. We will do everything we can to see to your success.
Student activities offered by Lamson Institute
Lamson understands that many students commute to school. As working adults, and adults with children, extracurricular activities are limited to Student Appreciation and Faculty Appreciation Days, Holiday Celebrations and Fiesta Week culminating with the crowning of the Lamson Institute Fiesta King and Queen! This is just one of the campus activities that makes a difference for Lamson Institute.

Policies of transferring credits from other institutions
Prospective students who have earned credit at another institutions have the requirement of furnishing an official transcript to the Registrar’s Office to apply for transferring credits. Transferring credits must be approved prior to being scheduled for the course in order to receive credit. Obtaining transcripts from other institutions, and associated fees, are the responsibility of the student.
